I have a pretty simply question about PQPs earned on partner airlines.

What is considered a good PQP to dollar ratio? I recently found a flight that will give be 3800 PQP for USD 785 (including taxes and fees). Or, 4.8 (+/-) PQP per dollar. Good?

BTW, the flight is LGA to YYZ, YYZ to GRU (AC flights) GRU to ZRH and ZRH to JFK (Swissair).
