Suggestion
The last time I was in Philadelphia, after the Craft Brewers Conference ended, I wound up at Fergie's Pub which, while not a craft beer bar, was very satisfying, to the extent that I logged on FT to post about it. 
I stayed in Old City. Another venue I enjoyed was the Khyber Pass Pub.
