As someone has a lot of spare time and quite enjoys long distance driving, I very rarely fly to anywhere that's within a day's drive.

It's just not worth the messing around getting to the airport, faffing around with security and getting from the airport to where you're going.

Quite honestly, in most cases it's a line call if it's two days' drive.
