I think best three options which might suit (and the order I would choose them in) which you should be able to get from BA:

- take the later flight in Club World Suites and bank the refunded avios (no CCR on your connection though)
- get up early, take the earlier flight and have breakfast in the CCR
- take a flight to JFK around the time you want in F and then connect to ORD (though this means the T7-T8 change at JFK)
