You may have a chance if you do nothing and show up at the airport on the day of departure - assuming that BA will not pick-up this invalid connection in advance, which is likely IMO. The airport staff will have to deal with it/rebook you and it may be that you will be able to persuade the staff to reroute you to AF if no same day BA connection available. Certainly no guarantee, so Good luck! (I think you will need it to pull this one).
