I was looking at reward availability last night Washington DC to London, in First (2 Passengers), 1 way, 2nd June 2020. On the BA app, it says there's availability in First, but when you try to proceed, only option available is Premium Economy. (Same thing, Wed 3rd June, which also shows availability in First.
