I would say that was my only interaction with staff as I was on a room only basis and spent much of my two night stay out on Christmas day or sorting out some jet lag

There was a fair bit of construction work going around the hotel with noise after midnight. That was quickly shut out after the window was closed.

I picked this hotel because of its position at one of the main metro stations. Essentially it is on the crossroads providing access to the entire city and airport with ease for 42p gbp per journey. https://www.qr.com.qa/home

This isn't the most modern of hotels but is clean, staff friendly and in a good location. It's also pretty decent rate.
