Where are you pulling it up online? If you go to the Manage Bookings section of aircanada.com and input your AC booking reference, you should see a page with your booking details. In there, you should see the type of fare that was booked. Below is a screenshot of a flight I have coming up this year. You can see it's booked into Economy - Flex. When I click "Details" I can see it's in class "M"
