F isn't subject to the same rules as CW at 355 days. If they think they can sell revenue tickets (in the run up to Christmas after the school holidays.....) then they will hold back on First until the revenue management work out they would otherwise be sold. With 8 seater First cabins, where available at all, this will be a more frequent issue in the future.
