If you're talking about the Courtesy Channel invite, I've noticed that they do not give it to me as an EMD travelling in J. however, I receive one when travelling in F (regardless of whether I'm upgraded, revenue, or award). Not to worry - the time savings are probably 1 minute or less most of the time, during the Christmas peak when the lines were packed I maybe saved 3 minutes.
