Have two layovers next year, traveling on honeymoon. Marriott Titanium
Landing 5:40pm and departing 2:10am - booked in Biz. (8hrs) - thinking of just hanging out in biz lounge.
Landing at 9:25pm with a 7:50am departure - booked in biz. (10hrs) - Thinking I should get a hotel with the fiancee
What would you do? Imagine the 10hr layover might be worth going to a hotel for a little while. The Marriott Marquis? Westin? Somewhere closer to the airport?
The Marriott Marquis is only 17,5k points. The JW next door is 22.5k. Not sure if either would have breakfast available early enough for us? How long realistically is the trip to the airport etc. Likewise, considering cash rate (about $127USD at the 4 points, too)
