I was sitting on a train and heard a business conversation that appeared to be a manager conducting a conference call with his regional sales representatives. It was detailed enough that I could identify his company (publicly listed) and because of names even who his sales team were (they were all listed online). He was oblivious to anybody around and blaring across the carriage. When they got to the bit where they discussed that company sales had flatlined to zero in the last quarter I picked up my phone and dialled a friend to have a discussion (reasonably loudly) about selling all stock held in the company explaining the call that had just been overheard, there were guffaws of laughter from fellow passengers but the muppet was still oblivious and he carried on. I then did call compliance at his company to report the circumstances of what was going on and the sales information that we were all now privy to.
