Stayed here for the first time in 5 years. Upgraded to a Select View 11th floor room - not really an upgrade. They recognised by birthday with a letter (!).

Food quality in the Grand Luc cafe was terrible - 4/10
Casino ambience was awful - 5/10
Room quality wasn’t luxe - scratchy sheets - 6/10
Service from the people we met - 7/10

i wouldn’t recommend Palazzo at all and don’t understand why it’s on the FHR list as I don’t think it’s Fine at all.
