Programs: Hilton Diamond since before it was a published status; AA Plat Pro; Marriott Plat; etc. etc.

Stayed there as a Diamond and was WALKED the first night of a 3-night stay. Given a room at a nearby hotel that did not have a window!! For the last 2 nights they did put us in a suite, but considering we had arrived the first night in the afternoon it was ridiculous to have been walked.
