I made a few more reservations, same thing again. Been told that they have been attached successfully but there's no way of knowing until I can confirm it with the hotel.
They also didn't use the ones closest to expiry as I stressed multiple times, spelt the name of my additional guest incorrectly for one of the reservations and put 3 guests (only asked for 2) down for one of the reservations resulting in it now showing extra person charges.
This certainly isn't the old Marriott Customer Service! Why they changed everything to "sloppy" is beyond me, but it was NOT a good idea.
