I’ve completed 2 7 night stays using certs which did not show up as attached to the booking. It still said points were required to be deducted.
I was assured by multiple agents that there was a certificate attached to the booking.
So far it seems everything has worked correctly and no additional points or cash charged for my stays. Hopefully it remains that way.
I still have a few left to use in the next half year. Hoping to extend 1 or 2 of them but it doesn’t look like they are allowing that any more.
Looks like I'm having this problem too.
1 cert attached sept 2019 has disappeared from reservation
And another cert accidentally cancelled...
