As a Silver, I'm practically guaranteed not to be CPU'd anyway, but it disturbs me that an upcoming trip with ORD-LAX and LAX-ORD segments in K no longer shows these legs as "CPU eligible", both in the app and on UA.com. I called and got an utterly clueless agent who never seemed to understand my issue ("Sorry, sir, but no upgrades are currently available on that segment...."). It's been like this for a week or so.

This is pretty much an academic exercise, but I wonder if there's something wrong with the reservation.
