I don't believe AA posts the beverage lists any more. Your best bet is to go to the electronic version of the American Way magazine and look there at the list.

I do know the rose they serve in Y is called Les Papillons. Very drinkable IMO. I may or may not have drunk three bottles of it on a BWI-CLT flight last month where the cheery L-US crew seemed to be passing out free drinks to everyone like candy on Halloween.
