Searched the T&Cs without success for the answer to this: I had an IROPS delay that would have caused a missed connection the other day. I was rerouted and got home without a huge hassle, so that's good. But I'd bought the post-booking FC upgrade on the connecting flight that I didn't take. I ended up in FC on the alternate flight and got the MQM bonus. However, I lost the MQDs and Skymiles from the upgrade I purchased. Is that correct? IIRC (and can't find this in the T&Cs either) if you voluntarily cancel a flight you do lose your FCM payment and all Skymiles program perks. But in this case it wasn't voluntary.
