When I sign in and see my next booking on the home page, there's a big red banner above the booking saying "We are missing some passenger details -please add these now".

Last time I looked it was all fine, but of course you have to check. Sure enough when I go to "manage my booking" there's the green tick next to each passenger, and it says "All details provided".

It's such a waste of time.
Apologies, it does appear that there is a problem, despite the green ticks. We're unable to check in because 'The US advises that no Travel Authorisation can be found for the passport details provided. Please check you have a valid ESTA or provide your US visa number.'. Which is puzzling.
