It seems like a no brainer to stay at the Rtiz, but I thought I'd pose the question anyhow to those that know the properties: What are the pros/cons of each porperty?. Anything that could help me decide is greatly appreciated.
Welcome to FT! This question's been asked and answered a few times lately. The short answer is that most folks prefer the RC. Perform a search and you're likely to get tons of information, particularly about the pros and cons of each.

Aloha and have a great time!
