The reason I'm considering maintaining both is because if I am Enrich Silver I get to reserve seats on MH flights during booking on MH website, a feature which is not accorded to me by OW Sapphire/BAEC. Do correct me if I'm wrong.
There isn't any free seat reserve for Enrich elite (it used to but ex-CEO scrap it), so I won't see the benefit. The only benefit is if you are BA bronze (or OW Ruby), then Enrich Silver gives you priority boarding on any MH operated flight, while other OW FF requires the OW Sapphire status to get the boarding priority for MH operated flights
