I've stayed at all three for park and fly. The Delta is a favorite a) because it's usually the cheapest, b) they have a decent exec lounge, c) elite recognition is good and d) I like the food in their bar/restaurant. It used to be the Doubletree in my Hilton days. The Sheraton misses on all 4 points IMHO. They do share a third-party airport shuttle with the Delta. The Residence Inn is some distance from the airport and has their own shuttle, which is sometimes unavailable requiring one to take a taxi. (They reimburse part of the cost when arriving.) Their "hospitality" hour in the evening is not typical RI (no alcohol among other things) and experienced RI guests may find the breakfast a bit lacking. It was fine otherwise, but I consider "our shuttle is out and won't be back for an hour" to be a problem when I have to catch a morning flight. The other two have regular shuttles that cycle frequently.
