Would Southwest ever start DFW service now that Delta is leaving? As far as hubs go, DFW is relatively uncongested and Southwest already has a large loyal base in the area and they could get around the Wright Ammendment with service to focus cities like OAK, LAS, MDW, MCO, and BWI. They could keep the short haul flights at Love so not to reduce the profitability of those services.

Just an idea but the fight that would ensue with AA probably would not be worth it.
