A few weeks ago I called in at 1AM and after 2 hours on hold the call dropped!
Nobody at the airport (traveling to YYZ on another reservation) could help or access my future reservation.
Twitter took 3 weeks to respond to my message.
Customer service (email) fixed my reservation but a minor schedule change broke it again... Can't do anything online, like selecting seats.
Great job AC, the "best airline in North America"
