Just wanted to give a public shoutout to the Marriott Lurkers. When no one else seemed to be able to get an IT glitch fixed, they kept at it and got it done. Great team work between them, the hotel and the Titanium line. Issues sometimes happen but so far I have never had an issue that couldn't get resolved.
