RB211 mentioned this a month ago, and the problem nearly actually bit me a few days back:

RB211's reply to that that this one has been going on for months (which is consistent with my impression too).
It's an addition to the glitch (of even longer standing) that you can't get to a booking from the BAEC list of your future bookings. The workaround, if you're aware of the problem, is to copy the PNR from the list and manually call up the new booking.
