24 hour refund policy change?
If this has been discussed prior, please excuse me. I happened to see today that the 24 hour refund policy states that you can get a full refund within 24 hours of ticketing, IF THE TICKET WAS PURCHASED AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THE FLIGHT. I have never heard of this, so I called the 1K Line. The agent looked it up on line and was as surprised as I was, but told me she has never heard of it, nor is it enforced. In looking up the policy in her agent resources, she stated that that the policy was supposedly changed in October of 2018, but she too never heard of it. Anybody have information on this? Feel free to look at the website and you can confirm what I am seeing.
