Pre-Amadeus, your status was pulled:

1. By res when the number is added (so removing and adding would pull it again)
2. By DCS when the flight record is created around 4 days before departure
3. By DCS when the number is added (so removing and adding would pull it again)


Assuming this hasn't change (and at this point, I think it's a fair assumption), the only way you'll be UA*G is if your flight is in the first couple days of February.
