Yes I checked Tailored too.
Sometimes the seat becomes available magically, sometimes from N/A to W/L, sometimes not available at all.
The main point is that the myth of CXAM releasing a subset of seats to partners is not true; instead, they have different (but largely overlapping) availabilities.
P.S. Why booking via AM at Tailored when you can book that seat via partners?
