Thanks for sharing your experience, TopperChris!

I am scheduled to arrive at Guangzhou T1 after midnight. Hopefully the 24/72 hour TWOV counter is open. Otherwise I approach the regular queue with a filled in blue form. Hopefully they let me through since I have a couple of days in Guangzhou.
