The defensive and dismissive reaction to the statements of people who work on the metal tube in question says it all, really - another "blogger" trying to be relevant but is best ignored.

We are lucky to have BA crew members chime in on this forum with their extensive (and impartial!), professional knowledge, so please let us not ruin the atmosphere of the otherwise very informative environment that is the BA forum. After all, who is more trustworthy; a person with first-hand professional knowledge, or someone citing second- or perhaps even third-hand information...
