As others have noted, this is an annual occurrence. From a first-principles thinking perspective, why it should take any time at all seems illogical - it's data that they already have, on which they need to perform a couple simple, automated calculations. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps there is a robust audit, or maybe a grace period to allow lagging stays from the previous year to post. Still, that aside, Hilton's IT has been frankly rock solid over the past years compared to their previous performance and to the competition - super fast points posting, accurate promo / bonus earning, digital key, room selection, etc. - so I'm willing to give them a bit of leeway.
I have screen shots showing the correct number of stats and nights which account for my rollover nights (10 or 11). These were appearing a week ago. It’s stuck now on hold.
