I've checked on Flightaware and it seems the BA flights have been getting in around 745pm actually.
Assuming you have Pre-check as well, doable? Yes. However, even on-time arrival could be problematic if the gate is not available, GE line backed up, Pre line backed up, etc.
Slight delay? No way you make it.
7:45 with GE and Pre-check? Should be fine, with the exceptions above.
Your biggest time sink I think will be getting from T7 to T8. (In DEC I had to take a bus - train was not running. That was 30-45 minute effort.)
A one hour connection is a risk.
