IMHO, FFD should always have a steak of some kind (the ribeye at DFW was excellent!), and the chicken fried steak doesn't count...that's essentially a battered and deep fried hamburger, and has little taste.

I think they have the wrong people vetting these menus. They recently had a tasting of the upcoming menu. 8 people, 7 female, 1 male. All appeared to be under 30. That's not the target demographic for FFD, as I understand it.
