Bluffworks is the only company I've seen that's taken this approach, so what we as the consumer simply gloss over becomes an issue. I'm sure two Hugo Boss suits, identical in every way, will have slight colour variations if you buy them 6 months apart.
Oh, for sure. My original comment is not an indictment or criticism of them in any way.

In my case, I'd bought my original blazer way before the pants were even a thing, and I rolled the dice on a replacement blazer. Clearly I did not win the lottery, so I'm pretty much just hoping my new blazer fades a bit after some use. I rarely wear the pants anyway.
