- As stated by others, there is no longer an executive lounge
- The main restaurant, 720, is closed, as is it's lounge
- There is no room service available
- The only food options are Kitty O'Shea's bar, and the quick-bite Herb N' Kitchen carry out
I don't know if these closings are only temporary or what. 720 had all the tables still set and a row of chafing dishes still out. I found it quite odd that a top tier Hilton lacked a full service restaurant and any room service.

Guessing that this was a temporary thing - right now is about the deadest it gets when it comes to Chicago hotel demand. Maybe they were doing a light renovation or full (annual) deep cleaning or something?
