If you are trying to avoid QR, then moving to the QR forum won't help much.

As CWS indicated, you need 2,000 miles per segment to get 140 TPS.

My understanding is that you wish KUL-AMS. Flying JL KUL-TYO-AMS would achieve two long segments, but JL does not fly to AMS. They sell HND-AMS vie LHR (LHR-AMS on BA codeshare), but doubt that you can get a JL pricing on KUL-AMS. Maybe ask your TA as this would bring you 140+140+40..
CX would fly you KUL-HKG-AMS but I doubt that you can add another airport between HKG and AMS because they have a direct flight to AMS. On both BA or CX you will get 140+40 instead of 140+140.
