First of all, it's not an editorial. It's a news article quoting a government report. Secondly, you've completely missed the point. Thirdly you've said I dodged the point of what to do about it when that was exactly what item "B" in my second post was about. Please go back and re-read.

For the knee-jerk reactionaries out there, I never said that all FAM's are bad. I'm sure the good FAM's are more upset with the violaters that anyone else. Yet I personally don't think we should have a massive FAM program in the first place, I don't think we the taxpayers should foot this enormous bill, and in general I think the government is failing horribly in answering the 9/11 attack on the US.
