That's uncomfortably tight on separate tickets! I hope you make it.
As already suggested I agree follow the flight connections signs and take the airside bus to T5. Bear in mind you need to be getting to flight connections in T5 and scan your bp no later than 35 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your BA flight.
