We go over to the clinic just to see, and they wouldn't even give us a shot as supplies were limited and they were out. The nearest hospital that had any dosage was back in the city proper and that wouldn't work. I asked if I could find a copy of my cert would they accept that. Sent over my wife's cert and he cleared her name and then added mine. He sent it back quickly and then I needed to print it out and have it on me. Luckily there is a print shop across the street at GRU near T3. Ran over, printed it out the "doctored' copy and handed it over just as the flight was about to close check-in. The supervisor looked at it and said we were good to board.
I haven't had occasion to put it to a real test yet but I keep high res scanned copies of all of our important docs in Dropbox, set to keep a local copy on my phone. I've produced a couple of these for people over the years but it's never been a government official that wanted them yet.
