Just booked JFK-PVG-MNL RT for $1665 RT for Feb 28 - Mar 6. I found this as I was looking at other MU milage runs to BKK and DEL, but this was the cheapest one that I could find (although nets less MQDs).
Trip has reasonable layovers compared to some other MU itineraries and flat bed all the way (compared to recliner on the BKK flights):

The flight didn't show up on Google Flights and iEagle (less popular OTA) had this for a bit less but it wouldn't ticket. I got it to ticket through JustFly for the price listed above.
I haven't played around a lot with the dates, but have seen some with availability.
