How did you end up with mixed classes? Did you clear an upgrade on FRA-EWR? Did you book a mixed award ticket? Did you buy it that way? On a single ticket, or on multiple tickets?

Is this the outbound, return, or is it a one-way? Do the flights have UA or LH flight numbers?

1) Economy
