No can mean anything from the extreme of losing a license to being restricted from flying into JFK, to simply being ordered to take a retraining class. (Plus anything in between)

Unless this isn't the first issue, I'd expect retraining class and possibly a temporary restriction on flying into JFK as PIC till retraining is complete.
