Completely agree that SQ's service is consistently outstanding. I don't understand how some people claim that UA's service is at the same level. I don't find SQ's FAs to be robotic at all...they are usually doting...OTOH, 1 in 10 flights you do get a mediocre crew.

The JFK/FRA/SIN flight is a really nice flight...

I am about to do a UA flight next month (to use the eSWUs before it's too late) and am not really lookng forward to it. I like the UA C seat but the crews are hit or miss.
