The terms specifically exclude award flights. If see a couple comments up. I recently did an award flight and Im expecting to be reimbursed in the next two days I'll post back with results when it does. Also seat upgrades are also specifically excluded in the terms but they will reimburse it manually it won't be automatic.
I appreciate your answer and thank you for correcting me. I've never done this before, so i'm a bit clueless and trying to educate myself. But than in that case, what if i buy the tickets with a GC and the rest gets charged to the card, including the seat upgrade?
