I assume if it would not get reimbursed I have a legit reason to chat with a representative to get fully refunded? I think i read seat upgrades are considered incidental fees. Am I right? The terms specifically exclude award flights. If see a couple comments up. I recently did an award flight and Im expecting to be reimbursed in the next two days I'll post back with results when it does. Also seat upgrades are also specifically excluded in the terms but they will reimburse it manually it won't be automatic.
