So i'm new to the forum, and tried to read through the whole topic from earlier last year.
I want to be somewhat legit with my credit usage. Later today I want to purchase a delta flight with miles, that would be 20k miles and around 53 USD extra for reserved seat and taxes. I assume if it would not get reimbursed I have a legit reason to chat with a representative to get fully refunded? I think i read seat upgrades are considered incidental fees. Am I right? I would appreciate it if someone could confirm it for me. Thank you.
