OP's allowance is 1 bag at 50 lbs. That is the Y allowance on LH & UA. *S does not give him additional baggage. Priority check-in is also not a *A benefit and thus, LH will likely send OP over to standard check-in if OP attempts to use a priority counter.

The easiest way to figure this out is to look at your e-ticket receipt. It will show your allowance as well as the cost, if any for the first and second bag. That is what the LH check agent in will see when you check in at BOM.
