No voucher - the staff use your boarding pass (for Pilot's restaurant), although unsure if an app boarding pass would suffice (we had paper bps when we did BA1 recently).

Entitlement is "full meal plus 2 drinks" per passenger if I remember correctly.

Very little else to do in LCY so wouldn't recommend arriving much earlier than an hour, including breakfast time
